NBI Thinking Preferences Assessment
The NBI assessment is a measure of thinking preferences or cognitive-emotional style. The assessment has a number of implications for how we lead, communicate, negotiate, innovate, and make decisions, as well as in many other important areas in our personal and professional lives. Gaining insight into the way we prefer to think, makes us more aware of and sensitive to the preferences of others. Developing better relationships, making more dynamic contributions in the team and making sound and relevant decisions are but a few of the advantages of understanding your own thinking profile.
EQi and EQ360 Assessments
The EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 instruments measure emotional intelligence (EI) and the impact on people and the workplace. While emotional intelligence is not the sole predictor of human performance and development potential, it is proven to be a key indicator in these areas. Emotional intelligence changes over time and can be developed in targeted areas. By identifying the areas that need improvement, the client can immediately begin developing those areas. At the same time, areas where the client excels can be leveraged to their full potential to maximize effectiveness.
